All these serenely colorful rooms are decorated in simple comforts by interior designer Cynthia Kienitz. Window and bed coverings are designed with a European cottage appeal.

Dining
Meals and snacks are hearty and healthy with a refined gourmet edge, and served
on our screened porches. Of course, the Inn will accommodate the schedule
of its guests, but this is the usual agenda.
The Inn requires a two-week notice for brunch and dinner to be ordered, and
please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions. There are two restaurants
and a convenience store in Shoshone, which is a 15-mile drive.

The Guest Room charms the traveler with its quiet colors, inviting fluffy bed and stuffed chairs. The bed is queen size. There is a wood burning stove and sitting area. It adjoins the screened porch common areas and the snug Bunk Room, containing our stout comfy bunk beds that will delight not just the kids. Its generous full bath is shared with the innkeeper.

The Guest Suite with its bright story book appeal welcomes our visitor to relax in its two adjoining rooms, one with a squat queen bed and one with high billowy twin beds. A private bath adjoins the twin bedroom with its cheerfully curtained windows that peer out on a typical China Ranch view.
As for the view, one guest reports, "To say there is a view from every door and window is an inadequate portrayal of what you see here. The truth is that you are really immersed in the view".
